Earthquake midfielder Fatai Alashe started his MLS career with a bang, scoring his first goal, which just so happened to be the first goal in the new Avaya Stadium, in just his second start for San Jose. Since that point Alashe has been a constant in the Earthquake’s starting lineup, and a key piece to the club’s search for a third MLS Cup title.
