The workout:
– Dropset DB flys (10 reps = 15lbs, 8 reps = 10lbs)
– Superset: 10 reps of arnold press to 10 reps of db shoulder press
– Superset: 10 reps each arm of single upward rows to 10 front plate lifts
– Triset: 8 pulse shoulder press to 8 external rotations to a more pulses
– Superset: 8 y raises to 8 y press
– 15 each arm: real dealt pulls
– Burn out: 20 reps then sets of 5 until failure
